3-Bed Maisonette Near Metro

Positive: close to metro and restaurants. Appartment and rooms are clean. The kitchen itself is generally well equipped. Negative: The apartment is very basic. For 6 people staying there, the kitchen only has 4 chairs (which are broken) and a very small table that is difficult to fit around. At the same time, there is clearly enough space in the kitchen to place at least a cheap table for 6 people with proper chairs. Hot water: at 8 a.m. we spent 40 minutes trying to figure out how it works. During working hours, the agency employee finally replied and explained that the boiler needs to be restarted every morning. The dishwasher was also not working. There is also not even a basic coat rack or hooks in the hallway to hang jackets.As a result, we had to leave all the jackets on the sofa or hang them on the 4 kitchen chairs. The terrace door is broken. The terrace itself is a mess — I don’t think it would be difficult to at least remove the trash.

Passable Positive: 1. Location is near Lidl and bus station, 2. Newly painted rooms, 3. Kitchen is good and able to cooked 4. Clean floors 5. Carpet floors on 2nd floor. Negative: 1. The warm water stopped running for 2 days out of 5 days stay. You can imagine showering with cold water? 2. Washing machine didn't work 3. Dishwashing machine didn't work 4. A bit noisy neighborhood, but may be its normal in London?
