Positive: The location was good for the activities we had planned. The apartment was clean.
Negative: The apartment itself didn't match the photos on the website and this was explained by the booking agents as a mistake by booking.com. This was disappointing as I had booked on the basis of the images.
We felt unable to sit on the sofa as it was threadbare and looked totally inviting.
We didn't need to use it, but the freezer was taped closed and not usable.

Perfect location for the Albert hall and main museums
Positive: We were going to the Albert hall and the location was excellent. It was also quiet inside and two good size bedrooms. Great kitchen facilities too, so would’ve been perfect for a longer stay.
Negative: The main bathroom was noisy when the light was switched on

Awful place, dirty, smelly and cold in both bedrooms
Positive: nothing, we returned the keys within 15 minutes after receiving them and seeing the property.
Negative: Dusty, dirty, smelly, misty apartment with cold/drafty windows in both bathrooms
