City Centre 3-Bed Flat with Lift and Roof Terrace

Never book again. It is just not worth the money. Owner repost this appartmant as new. But it is not new at all. Horribl Positive: Location Negative: Please avoid this apartment. The photos match the listing, but they are about 10–15 years old. Everything described is technically there, except the WiFi, which is extremely slow. The carpets are old. When you turn on the water, it is very loud. The windows are single-glazed, so it gets quite cold inside. I opened one window and when I tried to close it, the rotten wooden frame literally came off in my hand. Some thermostatic valves cannot be opened, so one of the bathrooms couldn’t be heated properly. The apartment cannot be locked — you can only pull the door shut, which means anyone can get in. When I asked the host about these issues through Booking, I never received any reply. The toilet brush was unbelievable — the container was not emptied, and there was dirty water with residue from previous guests. The location is good, but for three nights almost €1000 was absolutely not worth it. At most €200. Never again. Never again.

Muy bueno en general Positive: La amplitud, comodidad, terraza, en general muy confortable y bien equipado. La situación estupenda. Negative: Llevamos coches de bebés y había que bajar y subir un tramo de escalera estrecha para acceder al apartamento, lo que resultaba complicado.
