Positive: Die Wohnung war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab eine geräumige Küche. In der Nähe war sowohl UBahn als auch Bushaltestellen. Zu St Pauls zB konnte man mit dem Bus ohne Umsteigen durchfahren. Außerdem gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/ Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Negative: Zunächst war der Vermieter sehr zuverlässig und reagierte umgehend auf Fragen oder Beschwerden. Als ich mich nachts um 1:30 wegen der lauten partygeräusche im Haus per email beschwerte, kam umgehend Antwort und der Vermieter sorgte dafür, dass es ruhig wurde. Auf warmes Wasser warteten wir leider vergeblich. Ein paar Küchenhsndtücher wären hilfreich. Ebenso fehlte ein Besen oder zumindest ein Handfeger, um zwischendurch einmal auszufegen.
