Séjour agréable et bien situé
Positive: L’emplacement, près de la gare et de la vieille ville.
Negative: Rue avec passage de voitures très fréquent, mais ça s’atténue avec la fenêtre fermée.

Positive: Lovely stay. We were welcomed very warmly, and the apartment was spotless and very well located, 5min walk from the old town of Annecy. Nice touch having water ready for us on arrival. The host was also flexible with our timings, which made everything easy. Highly recommended!

The apartment is compact & off a busy street. I’d say it’s good for a short city break. We definitely missed a balco
Positive: Convenient location ; 5 mins walk to Old Town. Exceptionally clean. Responsive, friendly and helpful hosts.
Negative: No balcony . No air con. Limited parking. Quite a noisy street.

Positive: Appartement bien placé ( 10 minutes à pied et parkings payants à proximité ), déco sympa et propre. Accueil et suivi de la location bien appréciés.
Negative: Manque d'un double vitrage car appartement dans une rue passante.
