Kensington Haven (3bedrm 3bathrm flat)

Great but... Positive: Very clean apartment, comfy beds, beautifully decorated and furnishef, good showers, plenty storage, light, airy, safe. Maybe 7 min walk to Earl's Court, big Tesco round the corner, lovely variety of great restaurants on the doorstep. Negative: Annoying high spec kitchen - too many useless storage areas and gadgets. And fridge door that wont close and then beeps at you. Minor I know. You really need to get that shower overspill problem sorted out because the quality wooden door is damp, swollen and very difficult to open/close because it's scraping across the floor. It'll only get worse. And isn't it a pain stepping out of shower onto soaking wet floor. Would be really nice to have shampoo, conditioner etc in bathrooms. And more than one towel each. Shouldn't have to decide whether to put the single towel around my wet hair or dry my body first. Also, I'd expect a few hand and dish towels, and some washing up soap at kitchen sink.

Positive: Almost everything is in order & great. Thanx for the good offerings Negative: The bathroom in one of the rooms seems to be flooded. Please help to sort the problem soon for the future guests

Positive: Les 3 chambres avec salles de bain et wc

Positive: The place was very well maintained and had all the basic provisions, great location, and the management was very responsive to whatever queries we had, thank you it was a wonderful holiday

Positive: Spazioso. Luminoso. Pulito. Silenzioso Negative: In una camera non funzionava il calorifero ma la casa era molto calda lo stesso. Non tanto facile da trovare dove si trova.
