Kensington Haven (3bedrm 3bathrm flat)

Positive: The place was very well maintained and had all the basic provisions, great location, and the management was very responsive to whatever queries we had, thank you it was a wonderful holiday

Positive: Spazioso. Luminoso. Pulito. Silenzioso Negative: In una camera non funzionava il calorifero ma la casa era molto calda lo stesso. Non tanto facile da trovare dove si trova.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, with plenty of furniture and room for your own belongings—great for larger groups looking to stay together in one place. The location was easy to find and very good overall. We had a great stay, and the apartment was well heated (a bit too warm for us, but better than being cold!). Negative: I didn't quite liked the fact that you have to send a hefty deposit, especially when you know you're not making any damage( it was returned after I've send a few messages). When we first arrived there was a slightly closed-off smell, so we needed to open the windows. The overall cleaning could have been better—floors were a bit dusty and some doors were marked. Kitchen needed more attention , especially the fridge. There also seems to be some maintenance that needs attention. We didn’t have face towels provided, only bath towels.

Positive: Appartamento ampio luminoso pulito Negative: Temperatura nell' appartamento un po' troppo alta, diversi termosifoni accesi e non regolabili

Positive: Mooi ruim opgezet en luxe appartement met 3 mooie schone slaap- en badkamers. Zeker de moeite waard als je wat langer in London verblijft en een rustige plek om je even terug te trekken.
