Good if you don't want to be very close to Central London, or you don't mind a little longer trip.
Positive: The apartment was specious and quite clean. The Kitchenette was fully equipped. Close to Public transportation stations and facilities. Also, shops and restaurants were close to the apartment.
Negative: I felt that to get to central London it would be long distance to the central of London and the touristic attractions. And it would take long time to get there.

We went to Brixton O2 academy for a concert, this apt is a 5 min walk away. Lots of shops in local vicinity.
