Modern Brixton Flat 8

Positive: Apartamento muy bonito, muy amplio, muy nuevo. Aunque está lejos del centro está bien comunicado con metro y autobús Negative: No funcionaba la calefacción. Reclamé y al día siguiente enviaron a alguien. Me comunicaron que no se podía arreglar y que como estaba lleno, solo nos podían poner 1 estufa en cada habitación. Estuvimos de las 3 noches, 1 sin calefacción y 2 con 2 estufas. Pedimos mantas y tampoco tenían. Las habitaciones muy amplias, pero NO tenían mesitas de noche ni ninguna mesa o silla. En el lavabo faltaban para las toallas y algún estante para los neceseres. No utilizamos la cocina, pero faltaba limpieza, la campana, el horno. No había cafetera, sólo hervidor de agua

Honestly disappointing Negative: Nice picture but it's not as nice. They provide only shower towels, no hand towels, there aren't hangers for the towels. We found a tiny amount of shampoo, body shower, hand soap, no sponge, no kitchen cloth and no dishwasher tablets. After asking they provided us the shampoo, hand soap and body shower and the clothes. They provided us the smallest ever sponge for the dishes and they said they don't provide dishwasher tablets. They of course don't say it when you book the apartment. The apartment was not very clean, the beds are small and the pillows are useless (only one pillow per person). The house is very empty, there aren't bedside tables, no hangers for towels. Booked the apartment for 5 people and we had a very small pot and 2 very small pans. Some of the plugs don't work. The bathroom door can't be locked. One of our duvet had a very big stain, they changed it the day after we requested to do it, but no way they missed it while making the bed

Perfect location for group of 3 to 6 persons Positive: Well located and clean Negative: All was just fine. The staffs were very helpful

Apartment was brilliant and clean, will definitely stay here again

Positive: Tenía buena comunicación con el transporte público. Negative: No estaba muy limpio, sobre todo la cocina. No habían retirado alimentos de la alacena.
