Positive: Cleanness, New Apartment, Location was near to bus stop and train station and all the shops and resturants are nearby. Negative: No fans were provided, even after we asked several times. As a result, we had to keep the windows open during the night. Unfortunately, one of the rooms faces the main road, so there is a lot of noise from outside, making it almost impossible to sleep. There is also a room next to the toilet that contains the water heating equipment, and hot air constantly comes through the door, making the apartment even warmer. The lighting in the corridor is very poor. It is controlled by a motion sensor and turns on automatically during the night, which is quite irritating.

Grote mooie appartement Positive: Ligging is perfect, naast alle voorzieningen, bus stopt voor de deur, supermarkten net om de hoek, ruime,moderne, nette apartment, heel veel stopcontacten met USB en C aansluiting, super Negative: Geen logica, 9 stopcontacten in de keuken, geen 1 in badkamer, haren drogen in de keuken, wel vaatwasser, geen vaatwastabltten, geen theedoek, geen vaatdoek, glazen afdrogen met baddoek! Bah, geen schoonmaakmiddelen waardoor jezelf ook het laat, doucheput verstopt, badkamer steeds nat. Veel lege keukenkasten zonder keukengerei, net die puntjes op de i ontbraken, met de afstandsbediening kun je niks mee,

Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank Positive: Modern eingerichtet und vor nicht allzu langer Zeit saniert. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und zielgerichtet. Negative: Wir waren bei ca. 28 - 30 Grad C Außentemperatur in der Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss (unterm Dach) . Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und die Wohnung hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Als freundlicher Hinweis: Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Koffer (Kofferständer) wären wünschenswert gewesen.
