Positive: Great Location. Comfortable and clean.

Positive: Apartamento amplio, seguro frente a la comisaría de policía, con una magnífica comunicación de metro y bus. Cerca de tiendas, bares,restaurantes y mercados. En un barrio que merece la pena conocer.. Puedes contratar un locker, para dejar las maletas antes del check in o después del check out. Las camas son cómodas y el baño está genial. Negative: Es una pena que las zonas comunes y las zonas exteriores estén tan descuidadas, además en la dirección pone que es el número 5, y debe de haberse caído porque sólo hay un 3 y cuesta un poco encontrarlo.La limpieza es escasa, se ve que han invertido en la reforma de este apartamento, pero no cuidan los detalles,el sofá incómodo y sucio, falta cambiar almohadas y poner protectores de colchón y almohada. Sólo ponen toallas de ducha, faltan las de lavabo y en la cocina se echa de menos un paño y una balleta, además de lo necesario para poder usar el lavavajillas. Un apartamento de 10, que por dejadez pasa a tener un 5.

Positive: Close to Brixton underground station and to music halls, as we arrived for the concert there. Close to shops and bars. Very clean, modern equiped apartment, on quietly and safe road behind the corner from the main rush road. Perfect check-in just by codes on the doors. Negative: We didnt find how to arrange aircondition there. Everything we try to set up on AC keyboard, it didn't function after. TV is not working as a normal TV with normal TV programs, but only as a bigger monitor to connect your own paid TV, what we were unsuccessful by ours. Apartment is just nearby some community centre, where were realy big parties on Saturday and Sunday evening, till morning hours, with loud music and lot of people noise. Hard to sleep even with closed windows, what was not so comfortable with no function aircondition during hot summer days. Apartment is also situated just nearby the mosque by the wall and their religion leader start to pray so loudly around 4 am morning by micro, what woke up us totally.

Not recommended Negative: The building has no air conditioning, making the heat unbearable. Windows must be kept strictly closed due to the risk of unauthorized individuals attempting to enter. I experienced sleepless nights because of the constant noise—loud music and disruptive people at all hours. Additionally, the location feels unsafe and is not suitable for a holiday, especially if you are traveling with children. I was also disappointed that the bedsheets were not fresh and clean, and the shower towels had an unpleasant odor, as if they had not been properly laundered.

Niewiele brakuje, żeby było idealnie. Pościel 🙁 Positive: Niewiele brakuje, żeby było idealnie Negative: Pościel i ręczniki wzbudziły moje wątpliwości. Początkowo myślałam, że pościel jest niewymieniona. Była uprana, ale bardzo wymięta w pralce, nie uprasowana i bardzo niestarannie pościelona. Dodatkowo poplamiona. Ręczniki podobnie. Załączam zdjęcia jak to wyglądało. Szkoda bo reszta bardzo mi się podobała i pewnie dałabym 10. Jednak łóżko i pościel to chyba jedna z najważniejszych kwestii gdy śpimy w obcym mieście
