Not safe, unsanitary and NOT for families! Positive: The owner was responsive at first with concerns I had before arriving. Upon arriving, I addressed my issues with him immediately and he responded, however, the issues were not fixed, and he never responded to me after my last messages. Negative: -The flat is in a high-crime area and not suitable for families despite being marketed as such. You will hear police and ambulance sirens all night long. - Walking into the flat, there is trash everywhere in shared spaces. There’s also tons of trash in front of the apartment in the joining hall and in front of the building. - Inside, It appeared clean at first glance, but the mattresses are covered in bodily fluid stains; completely unsanitary for anyone to sleep in. There were items leftover in the fridge from previous renters. Drips of something down the wall on the baseboard. - It is EXTREMELY loud. The neighbors are loud and party all hours of the night. The music is blasting and they smoke weed and yell and the weed smoke permeates through the apartment. We couldn’t get to sleep till almost 3 am after flying all day. - around 3:30am I was awoken to chanting and sounds I’d never heard before - I found out after some research it was because the Islamic mosque directly next door plays their call to prayer through the loudspeakers. I was never warned that this might happen, despite the fact the owner knew it would. So again, I was unable to sleep. - There is no A/C and no fans at all, so in order to not be stifling hot, you have to crack the windows which just makes the noise even worse. - The back door lock appeared broken at first and after contacting the owner, he responded the next morning to let us know it was a European lock with special instructions. Unfortunately, my husband stayed up all night because he could not lock the door and our children were sleeping in the room. - I addressed all of the above issues with the owner and he claimed to message the loud tenants, but that was the only issue he addressed. He never responded about the weed smoke, the unsanitary conditions of the mattresses or other noise disturbances. It was awful.

Il manque une cafetière. Nous n'avions pas de tapis de bain, la sortie de souche était remplie d'eau. Notre appartement donnait sur la terrasse commune qui était sale, remplie de mégots et papiers.

Positive: Apartamento nuevo y acogedor. Rápida respuesta del anfitrión. Negative: Falta de algunos enseres en la casa. Espacios comunes algo descuidados.

Positive: Lage Negative: Zu wenig Geschirr. Heizung Nur eine Toilette für 6 Personen.
