Needs improving Positive: The bus link to Waterloo was good Negative: The cleanliness could have been improved a fair deal. There was blood smeared on the wardrobe, there was nose mucus wiped on the wall near the head of the bed, the blind was broken, the loo seat was broken, there was toothpaste splashed behind the towel rail, there was shower gel smeared on the shower panel, the shower was so blocked I had to stop the water flow half way through showering to let it drain, the ledge next to the bed on the far side of the room was covered in dust and mould, the towels were stained. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was noisy and so incredibly hot. I checked out a day early.

Positive: La ubicación estaba bien Negative: Limpieza deficiente. La ducha estaba atascada y el agua se estancaba. La verdad que daba mucho asco eso. Esta habitación requiere limpieza y reforma para poder seguir acogiendo a turistas, así como esta es una vergüenza. WC roto.

Positive: It was a great location Negative: There was no hot water at all in the shower, no mirror in the room and the blind on the window didn't have any pulley cord to open and close it.

Practical Positive: Clean & comfortable. A place to lay your head down Negative: Biggest downside the room had no mirrors: not in the bathroom or the room itself. Only mirror was in the hallway outside the bedroom door. Not at all ideal
