Positive: Room is okay Negative: All the rooms are fine, but the bathroom is broken and there is no television, although everything else was fine. I would add toothpaste.

It was a complete mess I'd never seen before Positive: It was a complete mess I'd never seen before. I gave it a 2 out of 10 rating only because the sheets smelled, but I still found hair on the pillow. Otherwise, everything was dirty and the room smelled. The toilet seat was broken, the shower had hair stuck to the walls and was clogged. So there was always 3 cm of water left at the base of the shower. The curtains were broken and couldn't be pulled up. The first night, there was no water because no one told us we needed to turn on a switch. Luckily, we figured it out on our own. It was truly a tragic experience, which negatively impacted our vacation. We should be reimbursed, but of course... Negative: All

Good value for money Positive: Nice and pretty central. Good value for money. Nice bed, and relatively quiet. I slept well. 😊 Negative: Tiny bathroom, to be expected. A little shelf for toiletry would have been helpful. Never got hot water in the shower, and the drain was partly clogged.

If you’re staying only for a couple of nights, this place offers good value for money in London. Positive: It was easy to reach the apartment by public transportation. The area was pleasant. The private bathroom and toilet were nice to have. There was an electric heater in the apartment, which was useful. Negative: One of the windows was stuck in an open position, and one of the hinges on the toilet seat was broken, so the seat was loose. We noticed these issues after the first night and sent a message to the owner through the Booking app. The owner said they would fix both problems, but that didn’t happen during our stay, and they didn’t reply to our messages afterwards. There were window blinds that we couldn’t raise.

From the outside the building looks like a dump, but the rooms were fantastic Positive: The great value for money and the central location
