Perfect location, with a roomy apartment.
Positive: Its super close to the metro. Its very roomy and nice and clean!
Negative: The only downside we had was the parking places around this erea.

Nice location , very dirty
Positive: The location was very convenient because it was right across the subway

Very poor, host communicated well until I told them there were problems then radio silence
Positive: Location good but right above tube line so very noisy
Negative: Used joint under the sofa bed, blinds didn’t work, old food left in freezer, cigarette ends in garden, toaster didn’t work
