Lovely 2-Bed Flat with Great Transport Links

Cómoda estancia en Londres en apartamento bien ubicado Positive: El apartamento está bastante bien. Cómodo y espacioso. Lo mejor es la ubicación. Tiene el metro cruzando la calle y desde allí al centro se llega en 20 minutos. También hay autobuses que llevan al centro y pasan cada 10 minutos. En la calle de al lado hay un supermercado y restaurantes portugueses muy cerca que se come genial por precio normal. Las camas son cómodas, el agua caliente funciona bien. Negative: Se pueden mejorar un poco el menaje de la cocina, sobre todo las sartenes y ollas. Por poco dinero pueden dar un extra al apartamento. Nosotros somos una familia de 5 personas y las cenas y desayunos las solemos hacer en el apartamento. Es una pena que se de poca importancia a tener un par de sartenes nuevas. Es poca inversión y la imagen cambia muchísimo. En cualquier caso nos apañamos perfectamente pues eran pocos días. Tampoco había adaptadores de enchufe que es otra cosa sencilla que hace la estancia mejor. Nosotros llevamos y no nos supuso problema. Lo comento como algo que se puede mejorar por poco dinero. Las vistas del apartamento son lo peor pues dan a tejados y edificios pero eso tampoco se puede cambiar y la verdad es que no nos supuso un problema.

Positive: La localisation en face du metro Negative: Il est strictement inadmissible de ne pas avoir de rideau ou de volet dans un logement loué plus de 1300€ pour 3 nuits. Nous avons tous très mal dormi quelque soit la chambre.

The apartment it clean and functional but there are no extra luxuries. Fine for a short stay and a great base from which Positive: The apartment location was great, just across from the tube and bus stop right outside. Easy access to town and Clapham. It was clean and functional. The communication with the host was great. We notified them of an issue with the shower and they had it fixed that day. Negative: The building itself is a bit shabby, but once inside the apartment it’s fine. As we were there over a weekend, the noise from the pub next door was extremely loud and continued into the early hours of the morning. This was not the fault of the host and may be fine during the week. The views from the apartment are pretty bleak and it is sparsely equipped (eg 1 wine glass, no clothes rack to dry washing on etc).

Positive: Location and space. Negative: No lock for bathroom. Hand shower was leaking heavily.
