Buena ubicación y equipamiento.
Positive: La ubicación es estratégica. El departamento está muy bien equipado.
Negative: No estaba suficientemente limpio. La zona es muy ruidosa los fines de semana porque esta al lado de un pub. Las instalaciones estan bien pero muy usadas.
