Positive: Good location for getting into central London. Clean apartment with fresh bedding and towels. Warm during cold months. Easy to access the property once you have the details. Negative: Had to chase agent to provide the access code 30 minute before check in when it was due 48 hours before check in. No hairdryer in the apartment despite it being listed in the facilities. Contacted 'Max' from the agents about it being missing and had no reply. Both fire alarms in the apartment had been removed, a big concern. Apartment is shabby with scuffs on the walls and damp in the bathroom, something missing from the pictures listed. Kitchen floor is coming apart with gaps between the panels. The mattress on the bed is awful to sleep on as you can feel every spring.

Positive: La struttura era centralissima, con stazione e fermata del pullman praticamente sotto casa. Comodissimo il self check-in come anche il bagno extra, una grande e spaziosa cucina. Ottima la pulizia! Negative: Non era presente il phon (e viaggiando in aereo é un po’ impossibile portarselo dietro) e la tenda della doccia andrebbe cambiata!
