Mala relación calidad-precio Positive: La ubicación, es fácil llegar al centro en bus o en metro ya que tiene la estación justo enfrente. Bastantes radiadores, el apartamento se calienta rápido y no pasas frio Negative: No tiene ascensor, estaba sucio, las sartenes estaban sucias, la almohada con alguna mancha y no habían productos de limpieza. Nos encontramos unos calzoncillos en el radiador de la habitación, los quitamos porque daba asco. No nos proporcionaron ni gel de ducha, ni champú, en general poco equipado y preparado. El colchón de la habitación no era nada cómodo, tenia pequeños bultos. Se escuchan muchos ruidos de la calle y el tren hasta tarde. Por el precio no vale la pena, el anfitrión nos preguntó si necesitábamos el sofá cama, cuando había reservado para 4 personas, no tuvimos casi comunicación. Además el suelo al ser de madera y no estar en buenas condiciones suena mucho, te levantas al baño y despiertas a los demás.

Negative: Had to chase agent to provide the access code 30 minute before check in when it was due 48 hours before check in. No hairdryer in the apartment despite it being listed in the facilities. Contacted 'Max' from the agents about it being missing and had no reply. Both fire alarms in the apartment had been removed, a big concern. Apartment is shabby with scuffs on the walls and damp in the bathroom, something missing from the pictures listed. Kitchen floor is coming apart with gaps between the panels. The mattress on the bed is awful to sleep on as you can feel every spring.

Positive: La struttura era centralissima, con stazione e fermata del pullman praticamente sotto casa. Comodissimo il self check-in come anche il bagno extra, una grande e spaziosa cucina. Ottima la pulizia! Negative: Non era presente il phon (e viaggiando in aereo é un po’ impossibile portarselo dietro) e la tenda della doccia andrebbe cambiata!
