Cosy 1-Bed Flat Next to Metro

Quel dommage !!! Positive: Appartement spacieux très bon emplacement proche de tout quartier agréable Negative: Quel dommage !!! Appartement qui pourrait être très bien s'il était entretenu. fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, murs pas propres, sol dégradé, réfrigérateur qui ne ferme pas et donc hors service, congélateur pris dans le givre impossible de le fermer, ustensiles de cuisine réduits au minimum... Propriétaire ne répond pas aux sollicitations

Disappointing Positive: The location was one of the few good things about this flat. It was just a few steps from the Stockwell metro-station from which you can go basically anywhere in London. There were also buses right next to the flat. When we urgently needed help from the host (even though it was after 10pm) they called us back immediately and as an apology about the very unpleasant situation, we received chocolate with a handwritten note. Negative: Firstly, the flat numbers were marked very badly which confused, not only us, but at least two other guests who tried to enter our flat on two different nights. That was a big fright for our kids who couldn't sleep afterwards. Not only that but the walls were very thin so we could hear everything that was happening outside (screaming, alarms and cars.).The floor was broken in many places, the bathroom light didn't work, the kitchen island was broken, the freezer was full of ice, the fridge was a bit broken, the bath had marks, and we found a very dirty pillowcase under our bed. The flat didn't look anything like the pictures and didn't meet our expectations. We understand that other flats may look like the pictures, but ours very clearly didn't. It would be helpful for us and probably also other guests to have some sort of plan near the entrance that shows where which flat is.

Positive: Excellent location (opposite Stockwell Tube Station, grocery store & located right beside the pharmacy) Spacious, clean and secure. I felt very safe staying alone.

Ruim app, goede prijs Positive: Ruim appartement, rustig. T.o.metro. schoon. Bed smal voor 2 pers. Matras goed. Negative: Koelkast moet vervangen , totaal be-ijsd. Diepvries niet te gebruiken.
