Bene ma poteva andare meglio Positive: Appartamento molto carino, in zona caratteristica di Londra e comoda per raggiungere i punti principali della città. Dotato di tutto il necessario, anche lavatrice. Comunicazione facile con l’host. Negative: Essendo un bell’appartamento potrebbe essere tenuto molto meglio: ci sono varie macchie su sedie, letto, tende. Lampadario bucato. Lampada del letto senza lampadina. I cuscini sono molto sottili (se lo amate bene, sennò non è super piacevole) e viene messo a disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona. Ho chiesto il check-in anticipato ma non è stato possibile e non c’è neanche un deposito bagagli.

Positive: I really apreciate the location of the studio in Kensigton and that it was possible to get into the flat two hours earlier than standard. (Even if might be not possible, for cleaning reasons, luggage storage was offered on request). Hollie was very helpful and kind on the phone. Negative: The coffee machine was not working, but luckily there was a second option via French Press available. We just got one large towel per person, it would be nice to get a second smaller one. You cannot sleep with an open window, to avoid someone could get into your studio, while sleeping, in fact that it's located in the gound floor to the street with stairs direct in front of the window. So it was a bit hot inside without any AC.
